Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • The driveway holds up to 4 vehicles on the gravel driveway.
  • While the roads to MontEagle are paved, 4WD/AWD or chains may be required to access the home in times of snow or ice.

Policies and Rules

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • This home is pet friendly. Pet rent is $25/night per pet + tax.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking inside the home.
  • No events allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.

Fees and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Pet rent is $25/night per pet + tax.
  • Firewood may be purchased for an additional $25/night plus tax. This includes two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a Firestarter.

Parking Information

  • The driveway holds up to 4 vehicles on the gravel driveway.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All BRMR homes offer well-stocked kitchens with utensils needed to cook meals.
  • A starter set of paper products is provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
  • Towels and linens are provided.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are present in the home.

Community & Construction

  • MontEagle is a community with several new homes being built. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
